Galaxy Audio introduces the Any Spot (AS-1000) wireless personal monitor system. The AS-1000 is a 64-channel true diversity UHF system, consisting of the AS-1000T rack mountable transmitter and the AS-1000R belt pack receiver with ear buds. It will transmit both mono and stereo signals and features RCA, XLR, and ¼-inch inputs. A number of receivers can be added to expand the system. A Band Pack version comes with one transmitter and four receivers with ear buds.

M-Audio unveils the ProFire 610 FireWire audio interface, featuring up to 24-bit/192 kHz for high-definition audio and a flexible onboard DSP mixer.
