Pensacola, Florida-based All Pro Sound announces appointments to three newly created positions with the addition of Malcolm Allen as the new director of strategic development for the company’s contracting division , Jon Giles to national sales manager – business development and Mark Salamone as northeast territory sales manager.

Salamone brings over 25 years experience to the position, after having served eight years as director of sales and ultimately national sales manager of the multimedia division of BASF. His passion for recording arts eventually led him to become president of Dream Makers Music and The Baber Shop Studios.

As the Northeast Territory Sales Manager, Salamone plans to continue to spread the reach of the All Pro Sound Contracting Division across the country by bringing the art of technology and excellent customer support to the northeast region.

New National Sales Manager –Business Development, Jon Giles who has been with All Pro Sound for 12 years steps into a sales manager role dealing primarily with the development and refinement of sales, while also helping aide the vision of the marketing strategy to maximize profitability.

Along with managing the national sales team, Giles will maintain a close relationship with many different contractors, architects, and consultants across the country dealing with both design/build and bid Sales to make sure All Pro Sound continues to expand its presence throughout the AV industry.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Giles attained his associate’s degree in production engineering from Tennessee Tech as well as an associate’s in theology from BRSM Bible College.

Malcolm Allen is All Pro Sound’s new director of strategic development for the contracting division. Allen brings over 20 years of production and AVL integration experience to the All Pro team having served as the former director of business development for Charlotte-based AE Global Media, and also serving as media director for two mega-churches

Allen will focus on growing sales for the company by providing key insight into the marketing strategy through the use of an aggressive branding campaign, broadcast training programs, and different levels of social media.

Along with his CTS certification from Infocomm, Allen has also attained a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science, along with an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice.
