LeadLab is a gathering of church production techs led by church production techs, taking time to celebrate the great things that God is doing in each ministry. Time is also taken to talk about real (church) world issues techs face when serving their church. The goal is for techs to be encouraged by what they hear and to leave with practical ideas and a game plan to better address those issues that are specific to each ministry environment.

It's a chance to get a day away and connect with other church tech directors to discuss leadership and tackle topics such as communication, passion and vision, empowering others, and leading from the middle that will equip techs to lead church production volunteers and staff. Attendees should come ready to be challenged and encouraged as they share and discuss and learn in community with other church techies.

Speakers and leaders like Greg Bacus from LifeChurch.TV in Oklahoma; Van Metschke from Magnolia Church in Riverside, CA; Justin Firesheets from Church of the Highlands in Birmingham; Micah Stevens from North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, GA and Bill Swaringim from The Crossing in St Louis, will lead discussions on topics that are close their hearts as they share their experiences leading church tech teams.

Techs are invited to come with an open attitude and be ready to evaluate what they need to do to lead better, join in community with other technical directors, and renew the passion God has placed in them.

LeadLab has a limited number of registrations available for this valuable experience. Register to reserve a seat at LeadLab coming up in Atlanta Ga., or Tulsa and Denver in September 2015.
