The Robin MMX Blade is a 1200-series equivalent light source utilizing Robe’s MMX optical technology. The MMX Blade features a framing shutter system of four fast “blades” that can be individually positioned and angled, plus or minus 45 degrees, with the entire Blade module capable of plus or minus 90-degree rotation. The Blade system can also produce fast aerial effects when programmed into quick-movement chases and sequences, and an animation wheel enables the projection of fire, water, flame, and other theatrical effects, the manufacturer reports.
