As part of the company’s ongoing efforts to serve its growing user base, Waves Audio announces new extended tech support hours. The extended tech support service is intended to help end-users resolve issues in both the live and studio market sectors.As the number of front-of-house and monitor engineers using Waves expands, the company says there is a growing need for “ultra-responsive technical expertise which can provide immediate assistance to users who need to solve live sound issues in real time.” Waves Live users, working with everyone from up-and-coming local acts to megastars such as Rihanna, Bruce Springsteen, Coldplay and Beyoncé, simply cannot afford equipment downtime, according to a company announcement. To that end, Waves will continue to provide its high level of customer support, with increased hours and additional personnel.
