Church leaders, technical directors, and ministry specialists with practical experience to share are invited to submit session proposals for the 2026 Church Facilities Expo (CFX), including the Capture Summit, scheduled for September 14–16 at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Center in Birmingham, AL.
Organizers are seeking presenters who can equip church teams with real-world solutions across key ministry disciplines, including worship production, media and content creation, facilities management, safety and security, and building or renovation projects.
CFX is designed to serve the diverse operational needs of churches, bringing together production teams, facility managers, safety leaders, and building committees for education, connection, and practical training.
Prospective speakers are encouraged to propose sessions that offer actionable insights, proven workflows, leadership strategies, and lessons learned from real ministry environments. Submissions undergo a vetting process to ensure selected sessions deliver meaningful value to attendees.
CFX, and the Capture Summit have become central training and networking events for church teams seeking to improve worship environments, steward facilities, enhance safety, and strengthen production workflows.
The Call for Presenters is open now. Those interested in contributing to the educational program can submit proposals through the CFX Speaker Portal.
CFX, Church Production Magazine and Capture Summit are divisions of EH Media, LLC.
