Nestled in the heart of South-Central Pennsylvania, Life House Church’s building dates back to the late 1800’s. It has the bones of a traditional Methodist church, with all the architectural quirks that come with it. Long cable paths, tricky rigging challenges, and zero existing infrastructure for modern production. But with the help of A2B Media and DAS Audio, Life House transformed the space into something that looks, feels, and sounds like church in the 2020s.
“Life House Church is growing fast and growing smart,” an announcement about the project states. “Their worship is modern, their message is strong, and when it came time to move into a new space, they knew exactly what they wanted: gear that sounds incredible today and can move with them tomorrow.”

Alex Beitzel, owner and operator of A2B Media, knew the job needed a sound system that would be accurate, scalable, and easy to relocate if the church moved again. “This wasn’t about filling an arena,” he says. “It was about delivering full, consistent sound across every seat in the room. DAS gave us the coverage, flexibility, and clarity we needed without compromising budget or future plans.”
The system includes fourteen Event-26A loudspeakers in a line array configuration and two Artec-312.64 units to cover the upper balcony. With a fully contemporary worship style, Life House wanted to maintain a sleek, modern aesthetic. Every element of the install, from the black speaker finish to the custom rigging, was designed to blend with the space while delivering refined, powerful sound.
For a congregation that used other systems in the past, Beitzel says the upgrade to DAS was instantly noticeable. He says church’s volunteer audio team praised the smooth coverage and dynamic response. Congregants also began commenting on the clarity. “We’ve had nothing but positive feedback,” Beitzel says. “The system is full, warm, and completely unoffensive; exactly what modern worship needs.”

The full install took two weeks, including audio, video, lighting, and streaming. Planning and DAS’s precision mapping tools allowed the final results to match the team’s original modeling to a tee.
Whether it’s a packed sanctuary, a community event, or a regular Sunday service, the system delivers the same high-quality experience to every seat. “Bad audio ruins a worship environment,” Beitzel says. “Good audio supports it. And DAS brings GREAT audio.”
For A2B Media, DAS has become a go-to. Beitzel has used DAS gear for years and keeps plenty of it on the warehouse floor. “There’s just something about it,” he says. “The flexibility, the price point, the support. You call, and you talk to a real person who cares. It feels like a family business, and that’s exactly how we work, too.”
“Life House’s new system is more than just an install. It’s a foundation and one that gives the church the freedom to grow, to move, and to deliver powerful worship wherever they go next,” the announcement concludes.
