Earthworks announces the DM20 DrumMic for close mic’ing toms and snare.

Key features include a cardioid polar pattern, 150dB SPL rating, and flat 50Hz to 20Hz frequency response. The DM20 is capable of withstanding a stray stick hit, and a right angle mic head allows the user to position the microphone. Also new to the line are the revamped CloseMic kits, which package DM20s with RM1 RimMounts, windscreens, and a carrying case.
