While churches are producing more and more video and ministries are growing vast libraries of media, that content is often stored across external hard drives, disconnected systems, edit stations, and manual handoff processes, leaving creative teams to spend a lot of time searching, moving, duplicating, and managing files. Teams at Skyline Church in Rancho San Diego, Calvary Albuquerque, and Time of Grace Ministry in Milwaukee say they've taken a step to put the pieces all in one place with Digital Glue's creative.space system.
Skyline Church is a multi-site church with two campuses in San Diego, with an Online Church campus, and a third San Diego campus coming soon. Church leaders say they were ready to move beyond its growing collection of hard drives and wanted to give the marketing/communications, and tech/production teams a more reliable place to work from. They saw the move as a way to gain a centralized editing platform designed to reduce file chaos, improve day-to-day efficiency, and make media easier to manage as its content library continues to grow.
“Our mission is helping people find and follow Jesus seven days a week, and that means content is flowing every day, not just Sunday,” says Jeremy McGill, Communications Pastor, Skyline Church. “creative.space gives all our teams one reliable home for all of it."
The service is designed for a pay-as-you-grow model, proactive monitoring, remote access, flexible scalability, increased security, and an intuitive user experience.
“Church media teams are no longer just recording services,” says Digital Glue Co-Founder and President Sean Busby. “They are building libraries comprised of messages, stories, and moments that continue to serve people long after Sunday. creative.space helps protect that content, make it easier to use, and give teams a foundation that can grow with the vision of their ministry.”
Calvary Albuquerque needed to simplify a media environment that had become too manual. Large files were difficult to store and retrieve, everyday tasks required too many steps, and the team needed a system that could feel both powerful and approachable. creative.space gives Calvary Albuquerque a clearer path to content access, remote collaboration, user-friendly permissions, reusable templates, and proactive support that helps the team stay focused on production instead of infrastructure.
Time of Grace Ministry in Milwaukee, a multimedia ministry and non-profit that partners with The Core church in Appleton, Wisconin to record sermons and web content, needed a solution that could better connect media teams working across two separate locations. Speed, remote access, flexibility, and scalability were all priorities as the organization looked for a platform that could support its current needs while preparing for future growth. creative.space provides Time of Grace with a shared production environment that makes it easier for remote team members to work from the same system, access content more efficiently, and expand on its own timetable.
“Each ministry came to creative.space at a different scale and stage in its life cycle, and although they represent different sizes and setups, they all shared the same underlying need: creating, sharing, and preserving meaningful content without letting the process inhibit their ability to serve their communities,” Digital Glue's release about the churches states. “creative.space gives ministry teams a more dependable way forward. The platform provides a shared media home where teams can store content, access projects, collaborate across locations, organize repeatable production structures, and prepare for more intelligent ways of working as their needs evolve.”
