CAD Audio is unveiling several new products at NAMM 2025 in the ACC North Level 2, Booth #17504.
First, the CAD WX100 is a 2.4 GHz XLR wireless adapter designed for use with wired handheld microphones. The onboard phantom power enables compatibility with condenser microphones. The CAD WX100 will be available starting in late March.
The company is also introducing two new additions to its WX1000 series:
The WX1000GN is a gooseneck microphone with a heavy-duty base and an accessible mute button. The gooseneck design allows users to adjust the microphone, while the wireless feature eliminates the need for cables, reducing clutter and allowing for a cleaner setup. Shipping begins in late March.
The WX1000HW is a wireless head-worn microphone that allows for hands-free use during presentations and performances. CAD’s WX1000HW begins shipping in late March.
“We are thrilled to introduce the expansion of the CAD Audio WX1000 series, a groundbreaking leap in 'value-quality' based wireless microphone technology," says Paul Jenkins, Director of Global Sales at CAD Audio. “With unparalleled clarity, robust construction, and user-friendly features, the WX1000 series is designed to meet the demands of professionals and enthusiasts alike. CAD has made the freedom of affordable wireless audio possible for a whole new set of users with our latest innovations!”
CAD is also adding the WX19 miniature ear-worn microphone to its lineup. Designed to be discreet, lightweight and provide consistent sound quality due to its proximity to the mouth. This positioning helps reduce the risk of sound level changes when the user moves their head and minimizes background noise, for use in noisy environments. Shipping starts in late March.
And finally, the CAD GX18VP 18-inch gooseneck microphone features a continuously variable pickup pattern. This feature enables better control over the microphone's sensitivity, allowing it to be adjusted for various environments and applications. Designed for speeches, presentations, and more. Shipping begins in late March.
"We are excited to unveil our latest products at this year's NAMM Show. CAD Audio has established a reputation for delivering high-quality, high-value products in the MI and Commercial markets," says Gary Byers, Global Sourcing Manager, at CAD Audio. “We are proud to continue CAD Audio's decades-long tradition of providing affordable solutions for creators at every level."
The CAD Audio booth at NAMM 2025 will feature listening stations where visitors can experience the new microphones firsthand. Additionally, one of CAD Audio's artists, The Kid Brothers 'TBK,' will be performing.
