Elation announces the expansion of its award-winning Paragon series with the new Paragon LT, a new long-throw LED profile luminaire purpose-built for high impact large productions and stadium shows.
“Engineered for the future, the Paragon LT incorporates breakthrough technologies, proprietary patents, and new industry standards,” according to the announcement. Designed for full output even with framing or animation engaged, variable CRI control that allows adjustment from CRI 70 to CRI 93, a new dimming system boosting brightness by 4%, Turbo Mode for up to 20% more output, a lighter yet stronger chassis, whisper-quiet CMY mixing, the largest rotating gobo wheel in Elation’s history, and re-engineered frost and zoom systems cutting noise by up to 10 dB.

Maximum Impact
Paragon LT features a 1300W variable CRI white LED engine that delivers output of up to 52,000 lumens—designed for large-scale productions needing brightness over long distances.
With a 200mm (8") front lens and a zoom range from 3.7° to 48°, the Paragon LT is designed for both sharp beams and soft, wide wash coverage, offering adaptability for designers.
Paragon DNA
As part of the broader Paragon N family—winner of the 2024 LDI Best Debuting Product Award and 2025 ABTT Lighting Product of the Year Award—the LT model shares the same DNA. Featuring Elation’s proprietary TruTone system, a variable CRI control that allows adjustment from CRI 70 to CRI 93, enabling lighting designers to fine-tune both color fidelity and light output.

Full FX Suite
The Paragon LT integrates Elation’s advanced technologies and provides the designer with a full FX suite—three gobo wheels (two rotating, one fixed), a full animation wheel, overlapping dual prisms, dual frosts, and a high-speed iris. Its indexable full-blackout framing system provides exacting beam shaping and detailed shutter cuts—designed for broadcast, theatrical, concert touring, and architectural lighting.
Color Choice
The Paragon features Elation’s fastest and quietest CMY color mixing system to date, combined with a variable linear CTO, designed for smooth transitions, deep color control, and exacting visuals. Elation’s innovative SpectraColor color mixing system—made popular in the Artiste series of LED moving heads—is available as an option. SpectraColor uses a CMY + RGB color mixing array in combination with the variable CTO to deliver an expanded color range, from subtle theatrical pastels to rich, saturated primaries, giving lighting designers more creative flexibility.
Ultra Dimming
Paragon utilizes Elation’s advanced Ultra Dimming system, which allows for precise low-level control and operates at a refresh rate of 25000Hz. This feature is designed for seamless intensity transitions even at the lowest dimming levels and slowest crossfades, while maintaining optimum refresh rates to avoid camera scrolling, issues with phone image capture, and other unwanted interference.
One fixture, multiple applications
Designed for multi-role applications, the Paragon’s precision-engineered profile lens can be swapped for a Fresnel Wash or PC Beam lens, allowing a single fixture to serve multiple creative purposes across lighting designs. One fixture, multiple applications.
Quiet Operation for Noise-Sensitive Settings
Paragon provides several low-noise modes to minimize distractions for quieter operation. A specialized Theater Mode further reduces sound by slowing specific motors to decrease audibility and resonance. This mode can be remotely activated via the control channel, allowing the fixture to adapt to specific situations as the performance requires.
Weatherproof
The Paragon LT features an IP54 weatherproof rating and offers protection against water and dust ingress and is designed for both indoor and temporary outdoor settings. Its advanced HEPA filtration system protects internal components while maintaining cooling efficiency—reducing maintenance, while extending the fixture’s life.
Paragon comes with extended warranty coverage, which includes protection for the first three years of operation and a five-year warranty on the LED array.
