ETC announces High End Systems Lonestar Prime, an enhanced addition to the Lonestar automated fixture offerings. This framing fixture includes more features in a compact package with the added benefit of an IP54 rating. With its weatherproof design, Lonestar Prime is designed for broad-purpose rental applications and venues that are working either inside or outside.
“Lonestar has made a name for itself by including many professional-grade features in a small fixture body. With the IP54 rating on Lonestar Prime, we’re excited to expand where Lonestar can be used,” says Automated Lighting Product Manager Matt Stoner. “But it’s not just about taking the fixture outside. The IP54 rating also means dependable performance, longer life, and less maintenance.”
Lonestar Prime is twenty percent brighter than the original Lonestar with improved color rendering. A new CTO flag also gives users a wider range of bright white points to use.
A library of gobos expands design possibilities with Lonestar Prime. Programmers can select from nine rotating and ten fixed gobos that all can be combined with continuously rotating animation and dual prisms. Lonestar Prime also features framing shutters and dual frosts that function without optical adjustment or conflict.
Lonestar Prime can be ordered with the optional RigPOV camera accessory, streaming live video right from the fixture. It also supports manual followspot operation.
