The KGEAR GP12A is a revolutionary portable sound system designed to deliver exceptional audio performance in a compact and versatile package. At its core, the GP12A features a 12-inch subwoofer with a ferrite magnet and a modular line array column with 16 2-inch drivers with neodymium magnets — a combination that KGEAR has engineered to deliver a high SPL in a compact format. The active version has a built-in 4x750W RMS Class-D amplifier and can drive up to 3 full GP12 passive systems simultaneously.
The column drivers feature an alternating angle pattern that increases the dispersion up to 140° on the horizontal plane to provide an immersive sound field. This wide dispersion is balanced with a focused vertical output, projecting sound further and minimizing unwanted reflections.
The GP12A comes with four factory presets to adapt to any application.
Thanks to its flexibility, quick setup, and compact form factor, the GP12A paired with a passive GP12 is a cost effective solution for small and medium live sound events and fixed applications where performance to size ratio is important.
