The Z-HD5500 is a full HD progressive scan production and studio camera system.
At WFX 2018 on Nov.13-15, a trade show for church leaders and technical staff, Hitachi showcases its products in booths #102 and #432.
Cameras on-hand include the following:
Hitachi’s Z-HD5500 is a full 1920 X 1080 progressive scan camera. It offers the best possible image quality at the best value because it is built with the components that deliver quality, not lower cost parts enhanced by processing, according to the company.
Components of the Z-HD5500 include:
An actual global shutter. Houses of worship use LED screens and lighting on stage that can cause problems with some MOS cameras. Global shutter cameras easily adapt to a wide range of difficult LED lighting conditions but are typically found on much more expensive cameras.
A full 2/3" sensor. Because IMAG demands the highest quality image, this camera has a full 2/3" image sensor. No amount of image processing can overcome the quality advantage of a larger initial image capture, the company reports.

Hitachi's DK-H200 camera will also be in-booth at WFX. The DK-H200 employs the latest MOS sensors to achieve high sensitivity and a high S/N ratio, the company reports. Users can make use of multi-format output in 720p, 1080i and 1080p directly from the camera body. Learn more here: DK-H200.

The DK-H200 is a box camera with multiple outputs.
