The Mega Matrix Video Panel from Helotes, Texas-based Mega Systems Inc. is a newly designed panel ideal for production and installation with a vivid display constructed for both indoor and outdoor use.
This panel is IP65 rated with a 6.25mm pitch and is assembled with an aluminum casting body that gives it the protection and capability to withstand vigorous elements, according to the company. It is equipped with an IP-rated Ethercon and Neutrik PowerCon True1 in and out that allows the panels to be connected in series. Although this panel is small, Mega Systems representatives report that it is able to pack a punch due to its ≥5,100 NIT output. A built-in test pattern generator also gives the user the ability to test it without signal.
With its unique, slender form of 23.62 inches by 3.93 inches by 2.62 inches, the panel allows users to create various designs suitable for different environments. Its light weight lends flexibility in setting up creative video wall designs, such as parallel LED wall strips, perpendicular LED wall strips, LED wall steps, etc. To simplify the creation of designs, the panels have multiple mounting hardware options including panel joiners and a place for center mount clamping.
