Open, Pre-Pandemic Design Illustrates Late-Pandemic Relevance

A combination of wide open space, outdoor amenities, and natural light works wonders in 2021.

Grace Bible Church Creekside in College Station, Texas, was in need of a new campus due to its growing attendance. So Dallas-based HH Architects created a new 45,000-square-foot campus for the ministry that includes a worship center and a two-story education building with multiple levels that connect hospitality lobbies and outdoor plazas. The modern design sits nestled alongside an existing meandering creek on the church's property.

The new worship center, opened in 2019, seats 600 but can expand up to seating 1,000 for future growth.
