Lumens Digital Optics Inc., a leader in the ProAV market, introduces the VC-A61P, the latest addition to its Lumens PTZ IP camera series. The video camera is an upgrade from the previous models VC-A60S and VCA50P. With its 4K UHD ultra-clear video quality and a 30x optical zoom capability, the camera is designed to “perfectly frame presenters and deliver outstanding detail and clarity to participants that are located far away,” according to the announcement. The VC-A61P also offers multiple interfaces such as Ethernet, HDMI, and 3G-SDI, designed to enhance the convenience in connectivity. The camera is designed to deliver a clear image in low light or in extreme contrast of brightness and darkness in a room, capturing live events in any environment.
Due to the prevailing network infrastructure with IP technology, it has become easy to capture, encode process and distribute with any IP camera products. Lumens Dir. of Product Management, Steven Liang says, “Our new PTZ IP camera allows 4K real-time streaming and recording that offers users more flexibility on webcasting and simultaneously recording conferences, lectures, and live events than a conventional AV camera.”
