Lumens Integration Inc. introduces the new VS-KB30 IP camera controller for PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras. Designed for education, broadcasting, events, house of worship and other environments, the new controller supports Sony VISCA, VISCA over IP, Pelco P&D, ONVIF, and NDI|HX protocols making it easier to discover, connect, and control a wide range of PTZ cameras. It features quick access functionality that allows fast adjustments to exposure, white balance, focus, PTZ speed and offers six assigned keys for frequently needed camera functions. The VS-KB30 camera controller is also equipped with the RS-232C/RS-422/Ethernet communication interfaces with PoE (power over ethernet) and can control up to 255 cameras at distances of 100 meters.
Using the flexibility of IP technology, the VS-KB30 features “one-cable” operation for power and control. Designed for use in multiple environments, the unit may used to control a single IP camera or to control multiple cameras and a video capture box for live streaming. The backlit keypad display is suitable for controlling cameras in a variety of lighting environments.
The new VS-KB30 camera controller is now available from authorized dealers for $1,799 MSRP.
