Elite Screens, a provider of projection screen solutions for professional and consumer applications, announces launch of its Yard Master Sport, an ultra-light portable projection screen designed for presentations to go.
According to the company press release, “The Yard Master Sport by Elite Screens is made as a low-cost, lightweight, convenient, and easily portable projector screen which is ideal for amateur to professional presentations. The design is crafted to accompany portable projectors from the pocket-sized Pico to standard full-sized models.”
The Yard Master Sport features a two-piece screen and upright support design.
Upright support – The tripod upright support has a telescoping design to provide adjustable height settings. A set of linking hooks pop out of the top and fold into position. To maintain stability over grass or soil, there is a centerline ground spike and ports on the tripod-feet for ground stakes.
Material – The Tripod Sport features a 1.0 gain matte white material designed for wide diffusion uniformity to accommodate viewers at over a 180° angle, regardless if they are sitting on perfect axis to the projector or not. It comes as a one-piece, hand-rolled unit that is designed to be easy to hang. There are no moving parts to malfunction. The design sets up and packs away into its fabric carrying case.
Pricing, Availability, Warranty
Elite’s Yard Master Sport ultra-light projection screen is available now through the CE Retail channel and has a starting price range from $75 to $128. It is now available in a range of sizes from 57” - 96” in a 1:1 squared format and 110” in a 4:3 NTSC aspect ratio. It comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty and a special 3-year ENR-G warranty for educational, non-profit, religious, and government/military installations.
