The CFX Conference & Expo - Live is adding a virtual component to the inaugural event. CFX is still planned for September 29-30, 2020, at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Tex. But the organizers have scheduled CFX Virtual for October 6 - November 6, 2020. CFX Virtual will be a month-long event and hub featuring bonus live stream CFX conference sessions, on demand recordings of the CFX sessions, peer to peer networking and a virtual exhibit hall for 30 days/24 hours a day. All attendees from the live event will have access to the virtual event for free; and additional attendees can participate for $49.
CFX Virtual is designed to be different than other virtual experiences. The virtual booth will allow exhibitors to engage with attendees during the live streaming of sessions, and for the next 30 days while attendees visit the on-demand content and return for additional webinars and sessions.
All exhibitors at CFX Live in Dallas will have a virtual booth for free. Exhibitors may choose to participate virtually only for $2,500.
The announcement states, “We're excited to create this exciting new event experience model to connect your company with audiences in person as well as around the world. We at CFX believe this hybrid model we're creating will be here to stay and are planning for future virtual events in 2021 and beyond.”
