Who says contemporary worship has to happen in an architecturally bland black box? Not Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, a modern multisite church that saved an historic uptown landmark and breathed new life into it.

As writer Andy McDonough reports, the proud red brick structure with its twin steeples and soaring spires was designed in the Romanesque Revival style by a notable Cincinnati architect, Samuel Hannaford.
