Renkus-Heinz is demonstrating the company's technology at the new 298-seat Renkus-Heinz Theater in Las Vegas, Nevada. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held August 31st for the new
venue, which was renovated from a former cinema. The Renkus-Heinz Theater is a part of The Notoriety Theater, which is made up of seven small venues designed for performances by up-and-coming musical, comedic and magic acts.
Notoriety Live’s multi-stage attraction is owned and operated by Ken Henderson who is quoted in Front-of-House Magazine to say, “We try to give the chance to people here. And in order to do that, you have to have a great stage, you have to have some decent lighting, and, most important, you have to have unbelievable sound. And we have achieved that."
The theater is outfitted with Renkus-Heinz state-of-the-art audio. A VIP Technology Showcase there featured a display of their compact speaker systems led by Renkus-Heinz National Sales Manager Dudley McLaughlin. The company demonstrated its full range of new, flexible loudspeaker products designed to fit nearly any size installation. These solutions include the ICLive X Series; new SA112 and SA28 Subwoofers; the full line in the recently introduced Iconyx Compact Series; the CA121, CA81, and CA62 Stage Monitors; and the P3-15 Point Source speakers.

Renkus Heinz Chief Technology Officer Ralph Heinz also attended. He is the son of Harro Heinz who cofounded the company with Algis Renkus. He was on hand to explain audio concepts like acoustic source multipliers, vertically oriented elliptical wave guides and co-entrant mid-high technology.
The seven small performance spaces within Notoriety Live opened last December with COVID attendance limits, and those limits are fluctuating with COVID restrictions. It is located on the third floor of the Neonopolis entertainment complex at the intersection of Fremont Street and Las Vegas Boulevard in downtown Las Vegas.
Garrison Parkin, Western Regional Sales Manager at Renkus-Heinz says about the event, “We are excited to showcase our new and cutting-edge product series in person as the clarity and intelligibility we’ve innovated into our products over the past year is truly stunning,” he says. “After more than a year of virtually attending events and shows, Renkus-Heinz is eager to work with integrators and venues to ensure they are providing the best experience for audiences. That starts with showcasing our technology to decision-makers so they can fully understand the difference that Renkus-Heinz solutions provide.”
