Teradek 1080 and 4K HEVC Codecs

Teradek announces the addition of new 1080 4K HEVC (H.265) codecs to its Cube, Slice, and T-Rax devices.

The new additions to the Cube line include the Cube 700 (1080p60), and the Cube 800 (2160p30), both of which include the capability to switch between AVC and HEVC from the configuration menu. Comprehensive protocol support is standard, as is the ability to stream. The codecs are available in portable, rack mount, and high density configurations.
