The A20-Nexus Go is the compact new 4-, 6-, or 8-channel wireless receiver from Sound Devices. Ideal for transporting room to room in a multi-space venue, taking on location for mission trip videos, or setting up for a permanent solution anywhere it’s needed, the A20-Nexus Go receiver was designed to be easy to carry and take up only half a unit on a cart. Users can utilize an unparalleled global tuning range of 169 - 1525 MHz with Sound Devices’ SpectraBand technology to quickly find clean and open frequencies anywhere, easily assign transmitters to those frequencies using A20-Nexus Go’s AutoAssign function, adjust audio gain as needed directly from the receiver using GainForward, and keep tabs on any potential RF difficulties with A20-Nexus Go’s integrated Real Time Frequency Analysis (RTSA) functionality. Combined, this makes A20-Nexus Go a versatile wireless hub packed with forward-thinking features that can replace multiple devices in any audio kit.
“We created A20-Nexus Go based on the need for a portable wireless solution in a compact, easy-to-use format,” said Sound Devices CEO Matt Anderson. “A20-Nexus Go is ready to go when you are, easy to adapt to any situation, and delivers when it counts across a variety of wireless use cases.”
The A20-Nexus Go receiver is one of the newest products in Sound Devices’ Astral series of wireless products. The family also includes the new A20-TX digital wireless bodypack transmitter with a multipurpose input, flexible powering, and ultra-low-power e-Paper display; the original 8-, 12-, or 16-channel A20-Nexus multichannel true-diversity wireless receiver; A20-Mini digital wireless bodypack transmitter; and the A20-RX two-channel slot-in portable true-diversity wireless receiver.
