Alcons LR28/110 Wide Dispersion Larger Format Line Array
Alcons launches the LR28/110 Wide Dispersion Larger Format Line Array, a three-way, line-source sound system for use as a vertical array with extended horizontal coverage. The LR28/110 is powered and controlled by four channels of the Sentinel10 amplified loudspeaker controller. Through the integrated processing and feedback, the ALC offers LR28-specific drive processing with array compensation, filter presets, system EQ, phase-matching, and more.
In celebration of its 25th anniversary, DPA announces limited edition, 25th anniversary mic kits, including a d:facto 4018V Vocal Microphone in a nickel finish with a handle featuring the company’s 25-year logo. The kit also includes an SL1 adapter for Sony, Lectrosonics, and Shure, also in a nickel finish. DPA’s d:facto 4018V Vocal Microphone is entirely modular, in that the capsule can be removed and replaced with any other d:facto capsule to suit different recording or performance requirements.
Extron AXI 22 AT and AXI 44 AT Interfaces
Extron announces the immediate availability of two new products in its AXI family of Dante audio interfaces: the AXI 22 AT and AXI 44 AT analog audio to Dante interfaces, which feature two inputs/two outputs or four inputs/four outputs respectively. The compact quarter rack width units integrate two or four mic or line sources onto a Dante-enabled audio system and feature switchable 48-volt phantom power.
Galaxy Audio PA6BT Personal Monitoring System
Galaxy Audio introduces the PA6BT, the newest powered personal monitoring model in its Hot Spot line. Succeeding the PA6S, the PA6BT offers Bluetooth technology with a dedicated volume control, while retaining the features and modern design of the PA6S. The PA6BT incorporates Galaxy’s speaker components, the 155-watt NEOLITE 6.5-inch woofer and the 1.5-inch Titanium Dome Tweeter. The PA6BT, with Bluetooth technology, allows streaming from mobile devices.
JBL AE Powered Series Loudspeakers
Harman introduces the JBL AE Powered Series of loudspeakers. The loudspeakers incorporate Crown DriveCore front-end amplification, JBL user-configurable DSP, and full HiQnet Network control. The series offers advanced network configuration, control, and monitoring capabilities via Harman Audio Architect software. Rotatable waveguides allow for use in both vertical and horizontal configurations. Comprised of two full-range loudspeakers and two subwoofer models, the AE Powered Series is intended for a number of applications, including houses of worship.
