Blizzard Lighting is introducing wiCicle AnyFi, calling it “Blizzard Lighting's teeny-tiny yet mighty powerful DMX receiver with no cords attached.” Blizzard Lighting's wiCicle AnyFi is a wireless DMX receiver designed to “de-cable-fy” systems. With both Skywire and W-DMX wireless capabilities, wiCicle AnyFi is able to receive either ultra-stable, Wireless Solutions AB W-DMX 2.4 GHz ISM; Adaptive Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (AFHSS) wireless DMX signals, or Blizzard Lighting's own Skywire seven-channel wireless 2.4 GHz band frequencies.
Its color-coded LED status indicator allows frequencies to match up with any Blizzard wiCicle Skywire enabled product. Additionally, a six-channel color coded 2.4GHz wireless mode (not directly compatible with Skywire) is installed that will sync up with other six-channel enabled AnyFi products.
"WiCicle AnyFi is FCC compliant, easy to use and operates seamlessly with all Blizzard Lighting wireless products. This receiver works great with our LightCaster AnyFi, LightCaster W-DMX, wiCicle, Skywire, and any W-DMX transmitter."
The unit has a reception range of over 1000 feet line-of-sight. The company release concludes, “WiCicle AnyFi is FCC compliant, easy to use and operates seamlessly with all Blizzard Lighting wireless products. This receiver works great with our LightCaster AnyFi, LightCaster W-DMX, wiCicle, Skywire, and any W-DMX transmitter. And, as always, the wiCicle AnyFi is backed by Blizzard's two-year warranty.”
Retail price of the wiCicle AnyFi $199.99
