Released at the 2017 NAMM Show in Anaheim, California, Primacoustic has introduced the Honeycomb option to its existing Broadway line of acoustic absorbers. Rather than being limited to the typical square and rectangular panels found in most studios, the hexagonal shape and beveled edges allow the panels to be installed in unique patterns and clusters.
The 16 inch Honeycombs are 1.5 inches thick and are constructed from six pound, high density glass wool for broadband absorption. As with all other Primacoustic panels, the Honeycombs have been tested to achieve stringent Class-A fire ratings, making them safe for use in all installations. The Honeycomb absorbers are available in black, grey or beige Broadway acoustic fabric, or in Primacoustic's proprietary Paintables white finish.
Shipping in spring 2017, the panels will retail for $279.00 per box of 12.
