Tascam announces a new U.S. warranty program intended to provide more comprehensive coverage for the company’s product offerings. Designed to provide better, hassle-free support for the company’s customer base, the new warranty will replace the previous U.S. coverage terms effective now.
“Structured to keep matters as easy as possible for those times when repair or replacement becomes necessary, the new Tascam U.S. Audio Product warranty is straight forward and simple: one (1) year, including parts and labor from the date of original purchase. If needed, this new, improved warranty program effectively covers every issue one is likely to encounter,” the announcement states.
