While the consoles and lights are fun, recruiting, training, and managing volunteers is often a much larger part of most technical director's jobs. WFX Reach Raleigh, May 16-17, will include a Tech Director session titled, “Recruiting, Managing and Shepherding Your Tech Volunteers.” Lead by Mark Hanna, Former Tech/Video Director at Raleigh's Hope Community Church, the session's learning objectives include:

WFX Reach Raleigh in North Carolina is designed for teams who are unable to attend WFX or who could not bring the entire team. At WFX Reach Raleigh, sessions for Tech Directors are designed to deliver insight, guidance and training from a community of Tech Directors on the topics that will help TDs become more effective leaders.
