The 2011 Willow Creek Global Leadership Summit was broadcast to more than 185 locations in North America from Willow Creek Community Church's South Barrington, IL campus.
Mobile production company TNDV provided an eight-camera HD production facility on board its new flagship HD mobile unit: “Aspiration”. In addition to the eight- camera 1080i video system, TNDV also provided playback and recording support via the AJA Ki-Pro, and graphics support with the Renewed Visions ProPresenter software suite.
Challenging elements of this show included integrating the HD truck with the legacy in-house SD system. Multiple feeds to and from the core of the facility's master control over thousands of feet of cable were achieved through in-house tie lines and fiber-optic connectivity, to and from the stage and the central video system room inside Willow Creek.
Two days of load in and two days of live shows to more than 250 downlink locations across the globe proved to be a huge success for both the Willow Creek production team and the TNDV Aspiration engineers.
