Mackie announces the portable, battery-powerable FreePlay Personal PA.

An all-in-one, full-range stereo PA, FreePlay features a high-output eight-inch woofer, and allows users to connect microphones, line, or instrument level sources. Other features include Bluetooth music streaming, a full-featured four-channel digital mixer, and a control app for iPhone and iPod touch. Mackie notes that FreePlay's portable design is underlined by a choice of AC or battery power, including an optional rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack or standard D cell batteries.
