Audiotonix, the parent company of Allen&Heath, Calrec and Digico, has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Astorg, a private equity firm based in France. The transaction is expected to happen quickly, with closing scheduled as soon as late March 2017 according to StockMarketWire.
Allen&Heath and Digico are audio console manufacturers based in the UK, both of which have a substantial share of the house of worship market worldwide. Calrec consoles are found primarily in larger broadcast applications.
